Coredge Software Inc. respects the privacy needs of our customers and those who visit our website and evaluate our product offerings. This Privacy Policy outlines what specific information is gathered through the Coredge website and how that information is used. Collection and Use of Information:
Coredge Software Inc. operates a website, http://www.coredge.com and distributes both no-cost evaluation trials of its products and product purchases via the Coredge website. Through the 'Download Free Trial' link on our website we collect certain personal information ("Personal Information") that is for internal use only in supporting an evaluation user of our products. This personal information is used to create your personal record of access to our products on the site, to send customers product registration keys and if necessary, to allow Coredge to contact you during the evaluation of our products in support situations. Coredge also uses personal information to provide users with information about new services and products offered on the website and to forward promotional materials. It is important to note that users may opt-out of receiving promotional materials and information about new services and products on the website. Any comments or materials sent to Coredge, including feedback data, such as questions, comments, suggestions and any other responses are deemed to be non-confidential, with the exception of the personal information contained therein which shall remain confidential. Coredge shall have no obligation of any kind with respect to such responses, and Coredge shall be free to use, reproduce, distribute and publicly display such comments and materials without limitation. Coredge shall also be free to use any ideas, concepts, know-how or techniques contained in such responses for any purpose whatsoever, including, but not limited to, developing, manufacturing and marketing products incorporating such ideas, concepts or techniques.

Cookies:
A cookie is a small amount of data, which often includes an anonymous unique identifier that is sent to your browser from the website's computer and stored on your computer's hard drive. You may reject the cookie and still be able to use segments of the website, although it may affect the functionality of certain services available on the website. Coredge tracks non-identifiable information in terms of 'page clicks' via cookies to help us understand how our visitors use our website and we use this information only for creating better user-friendly versions of our website from time to time. Confidentiality of Personal Information:
All Coredge employees and contracted consultants with access to customer data have signed a Client Confidentiality Agreement that states:

"Every person employed by Coredge is obligated to refrain from discussing any client information, in any fashion, with anyone outside the company, including members of the employee's family. In addition, only those persons within the company with a "need to know" should have access to client information. All client information is the property of the Company and under no circumstances is to be used for personal use, business or gain. Such information may only be used in the normal course of business for the company."

Corrections to Your Data:
We provide users with an opportunity to access their personal information to ensure that personal information is correct, accurate and current. To access personal information, please send a request to our webmaster at reachus@coredge.com.

Credit Card Payments:
Coredge allows you to purchase and/ore evaluate its software products from its website. When credit card billing is chosen, information is transferred to Coredge's e-commerce provider using industry-leading, secure transmission technology including SSL and HTTPS (the transmission standard used for transactions by major financial institutions). The information is then encrypted using Data Encryption Standard 3 (Triple DES) and stored securely. Financial transactions are verified through VeriSign®, the leading provider of Internet security solutions. VeriSign is accredited by all major Security, Privacy and Certification Authorities (CAs).

Customer Contact Lists:
Our policy dictates that all e-mail communications, customer contact and personal information will remain private and confidential. Customer contact list information will not be sold, licensed, loaned or otherwise provided to third parties.

 Disclosure Required by Law:
Coredge may be required to release or share personal information if such personal information is requested by the lawful order of a court or governmental agency or before a court or agency of competent jurisdiction.

Financial e-commerce providers:
Financial information that is collected by our e-commerce provider is used only to verify identity, payment authorization and to bill either you or your company for products and services, as applicable. Coredge receives user feedback concerning our products and how they are used via e-mail through our support links. This information may be compiled in aggregate form only, without any personal identifying information, in order to enhance the user experience of our products.

Information Exchanges and Transactions:
SSL technology has been implemented throughout our application system. Information exchanges and transactions, including authentication, passwords, contact lists (uploading and storing online) and billing related data between you and our website are strictly protected using this technology. This ensures that your session is completely private and secure from both external systems and other customers using our system.

Involuntary Data:
Web browsers connecting to web servers routinely reveal the IP address of connected computers. IP addresses are not linked to personal information. Coredge may collect IP
